Have you heard of multi-passionates? Do you think you’re one? You know, a person who does more than one thing? Sometimes seen as someone who can’t stick to one thing – which is often frowned upon in our Western world.

I had an epiphany about this and wanted to share it with you because it helped me release a whole lot of self judgement and it can help you, too!

You know how life always sends us in new directions? Sometimes they’re a hell no! But more often they feel so compelling and aligned even though I have no idea why and I say YES! And I’m in awe that it’s exactly the answer I’ve been looking for but I didn’t recognize it at first.

Along the way life has connected me with the most brilliant people and given me the most amazing opportunities to get to know myself more. Life always invites to us to be multi-passionate about living!!!

And so, I realized that I’m a multi-passionate and I want to do all the things: intuitive art, speaking, writing, healing work, psychology work, esoteric studies, spiritual work, coaching, Akashic Records… all of it because underneath it all is my deep desired to serve, to help women remember their wholeness and be unstoppable in their own lives. This is what helped me release the self judgement of wanting to do so many things!

The most recent answer I was asking for was how to release the memory and physical habits of challenges and turmoil from our physical body. I’ve always worked with mental and emotional health and noticed that often the body still remembers old habits even after the mind has let the past go.

The answer was given to me: Touch For Health Specialized Kinesiology and Stress Indicator Point System (SIPS)! It blew my mind at how fast the body can return to its whole self with this work. Specialized Kinesiology (aka Energy Kinesiology) integrates so perfectly in my current client practice because it allows me to help women release another layer of what’s stopping them from living a full, joyful life.

I believe we are always being guided to what we need most. For me, this is leading me towards fulfilling my passion of helping others remember their Divine Light so that they can be fully seen and heard in the world.

Journaling Questions: How are you a multi-passionate? What do you love to do that perhaps you’ve judged yourself for in the past? How can you let that go?
