In this session, we’ll tune in to what’s most present for you emotionally, energetically or creatively, and gently shift what’s ready to move.
This session may include Somatic Therapy, Bioenergetic Kinesiology healing, Akashic Records guidance and numerology.

You’re not broken, you’re becoming. This 3-session series is for those navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm or creative rebirth. We’ll work together to balance your nervous system, clarify your truth and reclaim your expression.
Includes email support and personalized integration practices, and access to Somatic Therapy, Bioenergetic Kinesiology healing, Akashic Records guidance and numerology.
$420 CAD + 5% GST
Monthly 1:1 support for the sensitive soul
A steady path for those who want long-term spiritual, emotional, and creative support. Monthly 60-minute sessions with space in between to integrate. This is a co-creative relationship that honors your pace and includes access to all of Kasia’s modalities as needed.
$120 CAD + 5% GST per session, min 6 month commitment
Using Bioenergetic Kinesiology Stress Indicator Point System, medical intuition, muscle testing and energy healing methods to release burdens, blocks and stress, balance your energy and activate your own innate healer so that you feel resilient, peaceful and ready to do your thing. (in person or via zoom)
Trauma informed and based in Somatic Experiencing, we focuses on moving emotion, stress, and stuck energies through the body to increase your resilience and capacity for joy.
Connect with your Soul’s Life Book and highest wisdom so that you can understand your challenges, purposes and potential more clearly and make confident choices to achieve your goals and dreams. (in person or via zoom)
