Name it and feel the sensations in your body.
What is the message of this emotion for you? Not about the other person or the situation, but about you and for you.
Once you receive that message you will feel better, even if it’s just a little bit better.
We have so much potential to land into compassion today and to tie up loose ends.
It takes courage and prioritizing your own energy so that you can come from a place of understanding instead of blame.
