Once a reading or energy healing session has begun, there are no refunds. No refund will be issued when appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Missed appointments are subject to full payment of the session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time and do not pay the fee, you will not be able to book another appointment with Kasia Rachfall until your fee is paid.
