Since 2010, I’ve helped clients unravel stuck emotional patterns, nervous system overwhelm and soul-level confusion using a blend of energy healing, somatic practices and intuitive insight.

In a session, I open your Records and channel insight, guidance and healing directly from your soul’s perspective.
These aren’t fortune-telling sessions—they’re activations.
We clarify the deeper “why” behind your stuck points, uncover your soul’s desires and clear old patterns.

My approach to writing isn’t about craft or performance.
It’s about embodiment.
It’s about learning to write and speak from the body, not the mind, so you can access the deeper knowing inside you and express it without fear.

Why I Do This Work
For years I chased healing, success and belonging.
I tried to fix myself through logic, training and spirituality.
But the deeper I went, the clearer it became:
The path home isn’t upward. It’s inward.
This work saved my life not because it “cured” me,
but because it brought me back to myself.
